Steal A Tree How to Get Pets

Pets sit on your plot. Check the Index, shop, and events — do not import egg biomes from other games.

How to Get Pets

Steal A Tree includes pets. The live Roblox title says so. Pets sit on your plot and help the loop: juice, steals, or speed, depending on the helper you actually equipped. They are not a first-hour purchase and they are not a copied egg-biome ladder from another steal game. If a guide tells you to hatch Forest then Lake then Mine, it is talking about a different experience.

Open the in-game Index first. The Index is the live catalog of trees, fruit, mutations, and pets you have obtained. If a pet is in the game, it shows up there with whatever obtain method Juice Society is using in the current build: a shop row, an event claim, an Index discovery reward, or a hatch button if this build has one. Trust that screen over a wiki rumor.

This page is how players typically obtain pets without inventing a fake roster. Rank what you already own on the pet tier list, pick loadouts on best pets, and log the collection on the pet Index. The Players Hub is the roster home. For the cash that buys shop pets, stay on juice upgrades. For the first hour, stay on Getting Started and do not buy a pet yet.

What a pet does on the plot

A pet occupies plot space. It should pull one of three jobs:

  • Juice — more value per press, faster presses, or less fruit wasted on a full vat.
  • Steals — a grab, carry, or drop assist that makes gnome gardens safer.
  • Speed — extra movement so later gardens stop tagging you.

If a pet does none of those, it is a cosmetic with a hunger for plot slots. Unequip it. The pet tier list exists so you stop parking cute helpers that do not juice.

Pets do not replace the rusty vat or the treadmill. A speed pet on a starter belt is still a starter belt. Buy Iron Treadmill before you shop for a movement pet. That order matches treadmill and speed.

How players typically obtain pets

Check these channels in this order. Skip any channel the current Index does not show. Do not invent the missing one.

  1. Index discovery. New trees, fruit, and mutations often grant a claim. Sometimes that claim is a pet or a pet currency. Open the Index after every first-time fruit. Banana through pineapple, then mutations, then whatever the weekend added.
  2. In-game shop. If the plot UI has a pets or shop tab, that is a live list with live prices. Buy the helper that improves juice or steals, not the most expensive model. Juice money funds this — see juice upgrades.
  3. Events. Weekend patches and gallery events (including candy or ice-cream gnome weeks) can drop pet claims. Read the weekend patch and the event UI. Event gnomes still tag; a pet is not a reason to steal a rare you cannot outrun. Chase rules: How to Steal Trees.
  4. Hatching, if present. If the current build shows an egg, hatch, or similar button, use that UI and the Index to see what can come out. Do not import a biome list from Steal An Egg or any other game. If there is no hatch UI, there is no hatch route. Stop looking for Forest nests.

Codes do not typically grant pets. When codes exist they grant Steps or Speed. As of 12 September 2026 there are no confirmed public codes. Check Codes anyway, and do not invent a pet code.

What not to copy from other Roblox steal games

Do not follow Forest / Lake / Mine egg routes. Do not assume a treadmill unlocks a hatch biome. Do not assume trading is a pet source unless the live game shows a trade window. Steal A Tree is gnome gardens, fruit juice, treadmill Steps, and an Index. Pets plug into that loop. They do not replace it.

Do not spend the first juice stack on a pet while the vat is rusty. Do not hatch, if hatching exists, with money you needed for vat capacity. Do not leave a rare pet unequipped in the Index while a cosmetic occupies the plot slot.

Loadout rules

  • One job per slot. If you need juice, park a juice pet, not a flex model.
  • Re-check best pets after a weekend patch. Helpers get retuned.
  • Keep the pet Index complete. Discovery claims are free.
  • If a pet helps steals, it still does not let you carry a crystal tree through a garden your Steps cannot clear.
  • If a pet helps speed, it still waits until Iron Treadmill unless the Index literally hands it to you for free.

Route for a new plot that wants pets later

Claim the plot. Steal common cubes. Juice. Upgrade the vat. Train the treadmill. Log the Index after every new fruit. When the Index, shop, or event actually offers a pet, take the one that helps the bottleneck you have today. Then rank it. Then go back to juicing. Pets are a multiplier on a loop that already works. They are not the loop.

If you came here looking for an egg-biome map, close the tab and open the in-game Index. If the Index shows a hatch, follow that hatch. If it shows a shop, follow that shop. If it shows neither, you obtain pets through Index claims and events until a patch says otherwise. The Players Hub will track the roster as those screens change. Your job is to juice enough that a real pet has a plot worth sitting on.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers Steal A Tree players ask after every weekend patch.

How do I get pets in Steal A Tree?

Open the in-game Index and use whatever it lists: discovery claims, shop, events, or hatching if the current build shows a hatch UI. Do not copy egg biomes from other games. Roster pages: Players Hub and pet Index.

Should I buy a pet in the first hour?

No. Juice the rusty vat and train the treadmill first. Pets sit on the plot and help a loop that already prints cash. Start with Getting Started and juice upgrades.

Do Steal A Tree codes give pets?

Typically no. When codes exist they grant Steps or Speed. As of 12 September 2026 there are no confirmed public codes. See the Codes Hub.

Which pet should I equip?

The one that helps your bottleneck: juice, steals, or speed. Rank them on the pet tier list and best pets. Unequip cosmetics that do not help the vat.

Is there a Forest or Lake egg biome for pets?

Not as a copied list from other steal games. If this build has hatching, the in-game Index is the only honest map. Ignore Forest / Lake / Mine routes pasted from elsewhere.

Do pets let me skip gnome speed gates?

No. A speed pet helps. The treadmill still trains Steps, and later gardens still tag a slow carry. See treadmill and speed and How to Steal Trees.
